The new model features a sleeker dome-style camera with an integrated multi-colour LED light ring, reduced hardware and installation costs, and a MESH-enabled light network that dramatically cuts cabling and infrastructure requirements.
An integrated LED light ring capable of displaying up to 16 million colours gives operators flexibility in presenting available and occupied spaces, disabled bays, parent and child bays, EV charging bays, permit areas and colour-coded zones.
We have worked with Highlight for a number of years and installed their systems in all our multi-storey car parks that we operate on behalf of Heathrow Airport. Their products are innovative, very reliable, highly accurate and are aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, they offer first class support and maintenance. We are very happy with the all round services they provide.
Highlight Parking were able to upgrade our car park counting system which was not operating correctly. Their team designed and installed a bespoke system to work with our existing display signs and monitored and honed the counts until they were accurate. We are extremely pleased with the system and will be using Highlight to expand the counting onto other areas of our estate in the near future.
The S.A.F.E. system was a guaranteed investment for us. We did of course have a fire alarm system in the car park but, S.A.F.E. provides a far quicker response; we timed it at between seven and eight seconds compared to 12 minutes for our existing system.
Highlight is a very pro-active and innovative company, who have refined both their back office control package to include bespoke requirements from ourselves on several occasions, as well as software updates to the main systems.
We were so impressed with the original system in our MSCP A with the ease of parking for customers and the extra income it generated through higher occupancy levels, that we had no hesitation in ordering it for our new MSCP B.
